New Tire Recommendations

Hey All - Spent a good amount of time looking around the forums and at the lift/suspension FAQ sticky. Still not sure on what my tire options are although I've learned a lot from this forum. A little help from any of you with similar setups would be great.

2004 V8 AWD. Currently has stock 16" wheels.

Just purchased 17x8 wheels with 0 offset and 4.5" backspace. I also have the 2.5/1.5 Daystar spacers to put on.

I've been looking at the BFG KO2 tire but can only find them "E Rated" (in 275/70R17) which I understand is not ideal for a mostly daily driver.

Am I looking for the wrong size? It seems like there are very few options for this size in an AT tire. Should I be looking at the LT tires?

I would like to see the rims you bought? Current I am running wheel spacers and the 0 offset is what I believe I need. I run the Good Year Duratracs but there are a ton of tires out there. I love these but have found they can be tricky to balance and had to find a specific guy at discount tire that I will only allow to touch them anymore. They are smooth when balanced correctly and rotating them alot is a must.

Anyone have experience with similar wheel dimensions and the daystar lift? Any tire recommendations?
