New Tires?

Work vehicle -toto open country

I also had a vehicle that had Toyo Open Country tires until i could get some Goodyears on it. I wasn't a big fan of them. I think the Duratracs are about the best tires out there in the AT market- Long tire life and very good for almost all conditions. Bottom line is you get what you pay for.

I like my Duratracs, but they're slightly more aggressive than AT...not quite MT. Cost a pretty penny though and it has no mileage warranty. Either way, unless you're able to install yourself, I'd suggest waiting for a holiday like Memorial Day or July 4th when stores like America's Tire has discounts. I got like $250 off including the manufacturer rebate. Unless, of course, you really need tires now.

As a matter of fact.... I like the Duratracs too because they are slightly more aggressive. I dont drive the truck as often I use too even thought it is my daily driver. I changed work and only drive it approx 10-15 miles a day. I just want something that will last, thats fairly aggressive, looks good and wears good. I just dont need a straight up Mud Grip. So far though, the Toyo has the only warranty. Guess i should forget about that Huh?

My twin ran Wrangler Silent Armors and got 70,000 miles out of them and they have the 60,000 mile warranty if your looking for a warranty. Good luck fellow Mississippian with your tire decision.

Check out nitto trail grapplers they are awesome and super quiet for a m/t. I went with 285/75/16 and purchased from amazon can't beat prime and free 2 day shipping

Duratrac's

I recently switched to duratrac' sand will stay with them forever!
I have had BFG's in the past and loved them - thought that they were
The best - until I put the duratrac's on - they are awesome recently took
an on-pavement road trip which normally would be noisy and they were
perfect in handling and not noisy at all, incredible traction off road - noticeably
better than the BFG's and are much better looking in my opinion-
