New TJM Snorkel about to hit the market

i was really really hoping the final version of this included some kind of cyclonic prefilter or way to attach one

i can't find this on TJM's website, I want to know what it looks like under the hood

MMM, not diggin' it at all. They are releasing a front bumper soon as well, very ugly.

Seems like it would just attach to the stock air box via a flex duct of some sort.

No one of them suits the lines of a 5th gen, I could literally do a much better job myself.. Maybe I will at this rate.

TJM Snorkel

It looks good, better than the other big option that runs the length of the fender. The air intake definitely should face backwards, not forward over the windshield. But that's what the air filter is for. Any water that enters probably separates out somewhere inside the fender on the inside.

The website says it drains water internally. It only takes a small hole to drain the amount of water that might get in in a rain storm. The fender area is pre-filter too so it doesn't matter much. One-way valve? Call the manufacturer if you want more info.
