New to forum, have ac ?

I have a 99 4Runner, limited and the ac control panel works at times and sometimes not. Works fine when it does come on. The panel will flash an have 00-21, do a countdown from 0-9 and and will blow at higher speed at 4 and max at 9. Sometimes all icons will flash and sometimes it works like normal. It has to be electronic, module, something of that nature. Any help appreciated!
