New to me 4Runner, radio/climate control display scratched

Totalled my 2006 4Runner Sport 2 weeks ago. Found another 2006 4Runner Sport for a nice price and bought it. Obviously I like the style, hah. My biggest issue (other than the color, I had the dark grey first time around and REALLY liked it, all I could find that was a Sport is white) is both displays are scratched to hell. I assume it was a domestic dispute, because that's how intelligent people are. They're readable, but it looks really crappy.

There an easy way to replace em?

Depending if the scratches are surface or deep cuts, Meguire's PlastX with a microfiber cloth followed by a polish like some NXT. Should look good as new.

I think they're a little too deep for that, someone was apparently pretty angry.

They float around Ebay every now and then, keep an eye out for them. The other option is to try car-parts.com

As far as the HVAC display/controls go, you can get a good used one off of Ebay for around $220.00 (they are about $700.00 new). Here is a link to one of several that are currently listed on ebay:

As far as the factory head unit I'm confident that you can find one extremely cheap either on the t4r.org classifieds or on ebay. I sold my factory head unit, here on t4r.org for around $75.00 if memory serves. Anyway, good luck.

Thanks guys, insurance came through for me. Let me go to their boneyard (ha) and grab the ones from my totalled 4Runner. I was surprised he got back to me first, and then actually gave me permission.
