New to this site but have a 97 4R looking for a new one

I love my 4 Runner!!!!
I have a 1997 4Runner Limited with 172,000 miles.
I have a little oil leak as well as a Antifreeze leak.
My Leather seats are starting to fall apart as well.

Any advice should I spend the money and fix the current issues or should I buy a New Runner?

i had a 97 4Runner was a great truck, i just purchased a 2010 5 gen Trail
and I have to say looks like this is going to be a good one as well

I would say to keep the old 97, but I am a little biased to the 3rd gens :
