New toytech 3" lift with 285/70R17 BFG

Just installed toytech 3" lift with a used set of 285/70/17 BFG AT.
I picked up the tires with about 1/4 tread left for $100 and 5 FJ wheels for $250, then I just painted them myself this week. I also took the running boards off. I love the way everything looks now!!!

Which Toytec 3" did you use??? The 3" front and rear coils?? Or the spacer kit?? Looks damn good!!

Where is the dodge?

For everyone asking about the wheels:
Cleaned them really good.
Sanded them down with 320 grit sand paper.
Cleaned again and wiped them down with paint prep stuff.
About 3 coats of primer.
About 4 coats of paint.
Used rustolem professional grade gloss black.
I Just used note cards to protect the tires when painting.
I think I might sand them very lightly after this moab trip and put another coat on them add a clear coat.

2) I moved front fender liners forward, they were barley rubbing there before
Very slight rub on frame because no spacers yet.
The tires are only 1/4 tread so they would probably run allot more if brand new

4) Have not tried a spare yet, I left one of the stock FJ tires on the wheels from when I got them for a spare so it should fit.. 32"

spidertrax installed today

Well I managed to get my hands on the last set of spidertrax spacers before the next production. Got them installed today, good easy job to spend some time outside. I ended up trimming the front bumper corner with my saw-zaw and removing all mudflaps after the install. Here are some pics but as always I will get better ones later.

How's it ride? I'm about to go get some nito 285/70s tonight for my 05. Do they clear better with the spacers? Take it wheeling at all? How's the flex

How much of the front bumper did you have to trim with your sawzall? Could you post photos?

I am getting BFG KO2s tomorrow and I'm stuck on whether to get 275/70/17 or 285/70/17.

Do you think the 275's would look too small with and Old Man Emu lift from Toytec?

I'm worried about rub and trimming. I have spidertrax 1.25 spacers to install at well. My understanding is the spidertrax help clear the body mount and upper control arms, but increase rub on the fender liner/bumper.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Right..I didn't even notice... I've been on this forum and others for weeks now trying to figure out which tire size I want.

Literally looked at every single page in the suspension/lift/tire sticky and took screen shots of a different sizes. But tomorrow is tire day and I'm still on the fence.
