I just lifted my 2016 TRD Pro using 2010-2016 Toyota 4 Runner 4WD 3" lift kit 809H | BDS Suspension I Only used the top spacers, Springs and SwayBar links.

Installed mild 2" on my Pro, very pleased with the results. Toytech Trd Pro front spaciers and Wheelers T13 rear springs. Wanted a little more level stance that the complete Toytech kit was offering. Now all I need is a set of 285/70/17, maybe for Christmas.
