"NEW" URD front cat to tailpipe exhaust - anyone running it yet?

This will be the last piece of the puzzle for towing the new camper. It just has to have better flow than the stock small and pinched system...and no rear cats.

Any thoughts and/or experiences with this new unit are appreciated!

Are you talking about the Spec-U exhaust? If so it is new for the 4runner but you can find many examples of it on the FJ and tacomas. I just went with the y-pipe only just in case they crack down on emissions here since I am in CO, which is becoming like CA as far as emissions and I want the option to just swap the pipes.

Correct; The new Spec-U equal length, no rear cat setup.
I actually signed on to look at the Y pipe again, and there was the holy grail of exhausts (ok...maybe not) looking back at me.

Yea I did look at that and really wanted it as well. If the pieces were compatible to match with other exhaust pieces I probably would have got it. But having to deal with emissions here, I like being able to simply swap out the y pipe back to OEM for the day if need be instead of swapping the entire system.

I will say that just the Y pipe added some power for me. Though under load with all my gear and traveling in the mountains I also saw a big MPG hit. I got around 15mpg loaded up prior, and this last trip I got 13mpg. only difference was the y-pipe
