New Weathertech Floor Liners arrived

Hey guys,
I got my front set in today. They are awesome, but i do have one questions.
On the drivers side they only cover about half the door sill while on the passengers side they cover the full door sill. Is this how everyones are? I assume the answer is yes but I am just curious as to why they don't match.

I see what you mean. Looks like that's how it supposed to be. I wonder why. I'm considering these for the front and back and the husky liner for the cargo area cause I like how it works with the double decker. Right now I have toyota all weathers. They suck (the rear in particular-useless)

I have had mine (front and rear)for about a year now, and they are still like new. I took them out and hosed them down the other day it looked like I just took them out of the box. I bought them the same week I bought my truck and the carpet doesn't even look like anyone has ever stepped on it.

Thanks Axis for pointing that out, mine are the same, I figured it wasn't just my set, just wanted to be sure though. Regardless of this oddity, I love them!

Funny, I didn't really notice it at first, but now that you mention it, mine has "about" an inch difference. You can see it my pics even. Interesting.

FYI, these mats are easily moldable by heating up w/ a hair dryer. Mine had a spot that was "bent" directly over the door sill and it was bugging me. Warm weather may have taken care of it, but it's been too cold here. I broke out my wife's hair dryer and heated up that spot, then bent it back down. Has stayed in place ever since. Kinda random I know, but good to know.

Thought I'd bump this, because I learned something over the weekend that might help you guys.
I would advise against getting the black ones. My wife is unhappy with the WeatherTechs because "the floor is always dirty, and I can't put my purse down". She didn't have that complaint about the OEM all-weather mats (in gray) that were in there before, nor has it been a problem with carpeted mats in other cars. She can just see the dirt now. :nono:

You get the coupon by entering your email on the front page. They then email you a 10% off coupon code that can be used once. But you're right.. the price did seem to go up. I was deciding between these and Huskies today, but then I saw the price went up. It's not a huge difference, but when you're spending 200-ish on floor mats then an extra $12 is kind of a big deal, they already are an arm and a leg. I'm hoping they drop again I guess. Grrr....
Ordered a set today from Weathertech...the price is now the same, but you don't need to worry about any 10% off coupon. Oh well, it's only money right?

I called and spoke to Auto Accessories Garage | Auto Accessories, Truck Accessories, Car Parts and asked if I could get the 166.00 price- he looked into the system and said he's never seen them go down from what they are now? Is someone fibbing?

I got those for my T4R and I have two complaints; price, and it took them 3 and a half weeks to get to my door after the oder was placed. As far as the function of them, they are incredible. Worth the wait, not so sure about the price.

yeah, looks like autoaccessoriesgarage did go up on their price. WeatherTech was 197.~ with the shipping when I priced it. AutoAccessoriesGarage, shipping is included. With the 10% discount, that would be 19.79 discount. Not as good, but still better than any I have seen to get them to the door within 3 days for 178.~ shipped. WeatherTech would be close to 200.00. It's a lot of money for floor protection, but I bought my 4runner used and the carpet already has some staining. I have seen this staining though on many that I have looked at. I am wondering if it's glue or something. The 4th gen replacement carpets are not available yet that I have found. At least these liners would eliminate the possibility of replacing the carpet down the road.

I have the rear cargo liner from weathertech. definitely a quality product. I have a yellow lab who likes to ride in the back, and after the mess his fur made of the back of my old grand cherokee, I didn't want the same fate for my T4R. you got a sweet price, when I looked into the front and rear seat floor mats, it was something stupid like 250-300. but I'm in Canada, apparently the price damn near doubles when miles turn into kilometres.
For those of you looking for the WeatherTechs from autoaccessoriesgarage.com, I just registered with them and they sent a $10 coupon, not 10%, so about half the discount, give or take. The price they list on the liners is $197.90 for 1st and second row before $10 off. Too bad.
