Turned out pretty well, but of inspiration for me as I've been putting off making some panels for quite a while

Thanks guys. They were pretty easy to do. Im gonna go back and put some adhesive cushion between them and where they contact the metal on the door, they are getting a little squeaky and beginning to rattle a bit. Otherwise Im very happy with the turnout. I bought some more speakers and plan to do the back seat panels next. Maybe I will figure something out to replace the ones in the bed. like a thicker plywood lined with diamond plate.

Good job! I've been wanting/needing to do this to my 4runner as well. Only snag I can see is the panels that the seat belts go through, just behind the front seats....Have you got any ideas for those panels, and how to make them work?
I'm planning on having storage doors on my rear most panels near the tailgate, and cupholders in the tailgate panel, for when we sit on the tailgate, as I have no rear window or motor in my tailgate.

Looks clean! and no stupid, tricky hidden fasteners. Consider finishing washers for a cleaner look?
Planing to do that, too. Convert it into lockable tool storage that will save space. I think, putting tiny shelves inside the rear quarter panel will accommodate all the tools I have in my tool box.
Debating door orientation: Swing-up? Swing-down-like stock? or Swing sideways with hinge along the roll-bar.
How to do lock?

IF they end up rattling from the speakers, might want to try thicker plywood (there's plenty of room there anyway), or line the side facing the door with sound-dampener; in expensive substitute for Dynamat is peel and seal or Frost King foil and foam insulation. P&S works well for me.
