Hello everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself and say that this website is awesome. ALso, I put down a deposit today on a 06' Sport 4X4 V8 that should arrive at the dealership anyday (currently has a "G" code status that indicates its due at the dealer from the 24th--27th). So, I am hoping that it will show up tomorrow or Wednesday. It is black and has the JBL stereo, DRL, sunroof, and the awesome V8. I was thinking about the V6, but seeing as how there is only a couple of mpg between them, I went for the "silky" smooth V8. The V6 seemed a little louder and wasnt as smooth. Of course, its a couple of G's less expensive, but I plan on keeping this vehicle a long time so I wanted the extra horses just n case. I have already ordered the exhaust tip, and extreme cargo mat for all of my military equipment. What other mods (other than tint) do you all think I should do first? I want some seat covers (maybe leather) for sure. Also, I want to get rid of the Dunflops, but will ride on them a little to get some wear. Anyway, pics to come soon after she arrives (at any moment)!

No, the exhaust tip is not standard military issue (lol). I must admit, its been a struggle for me deciding between the 06' Tacoma and 4Runner. They both have great qualities. But, it was the ride and overall refinement of the 4Runner that won me over. The Tacoma is a nice truck, but I would hardly ever use the bed, so I didnt feel that it was justifiable. And, for just a few thousand more, I could have a Japanese built 4Runner with V8. It just made sense! I figure I can use my best friends Dodge Ram for anything that needs to be hauled
