Newbie question on exterior lighting

Good afternoon,

I'm new to this forum and will be driving my new 2011 4Runner SR5 within the next couple of weeks. I'm very interested in upgrading some or all of the exterior lights and am therefore looking for your help answering the following questions:

Can you confirm that the following five (5) bulbs are the only ones installed on the front of the vehicule? Can you also confirm that they are easily replaceable without requiring any dissassembly to access them?

Low Beam Headlight Bulb Size: H11
High Beam Headlamp Light Bulb Size: 9005
Fog/Driving Light Bulb Size: H11
Front Turn Signal Light Bulb Size: 1156A
Daytime Running Light Bulb Size: 1156A

Can you confirm that the following three (3) bulbs are the only ones installed on the rear of the vehicule of the vehicule? Can you also confirm that they are easily replaceable without requiring any dissassembly to access them?

Tail Light Bulb Size: 7443 & Stop Light Bulb Size: 7443 (are they the same?)
Rear Turn Signal Light Bulb Size: 992 (7440A)
Back Up Light Bulb Size: 921


Where exactly are the following bulbs located ?

Parking Light Bulb Size: 2825
High Mount Stop Light Bulb Size: 921
Front Side Marker Light Bulb Size: 2825
Rear Side Marker Light Bulb Size: 7443

Basically, I'm looking to buy better quality bulbs for all the exterior lighting and need to know what to order.

Any help is much appreciated.

Sometimes people come here and think just because they thought of something nobody else has yet. It's easier and more gentle to just do it than it is to chastise them for not searching. It's my "be nice" day. Glad it's almost over haha.
 
He is looking for exterior lamps guys not interior led's

Amazes me how some don't even read an entire post before jumping all over someones $hit :bash:

OP is a newby and probably doesn't know how to search the forum yet. All light bulb part numbers are here and have been discussed and not hard to find once you know how.I mean that's what I would have to do , search .

I remember some but who remembers all those part numbers unless your a light bulb fanatic.If somebody wants to get a correct COMPLETE list together,they would be the King and would probably get it stickied so it's easy to find .(King,only for like a week or something because we all know Antman holds the throne for Mod King but has been slacking lately)....jk:banana:

How To Search...
First click on ...."Search"(It's the one between "New Post and "Quick Links"in the top header.
Next ....from the drop down menu click on "ADVANCED SEARCH" and a new screen will come up.

Then put in your "Keyword" or....... what your looking for.
FYI....The keyword has to be 4 letters or more. If it's 3 or less you have to just use Google or similar search engine with 5th Gen 4Runner as part of the keywords.Like "HID 5TH Gen 4Runner" or "Oil 5th Gen 4Runner". Sometimes it's just easier to use google to begin with with the 5th Gen keywords!

Under the keyword box you have 2 choices...Search Titles Only or Search Entire Post( I usually try to get lucky and try Search Titles first and then Search Post if I don't get a productive hit the first time)

And then the only option I usually choose in the search option box is "5th Gen T4R" as the Sub forum . Click on it to highlight it and then click on the "Search Now" button down below.

.... ...."bulb" had 246 hits in the 5th Gen Sub Forum and this will make 247
One of them had this chart from Kraeken and took me all of maybe 2 minutes to find .... Light Bulb Size Diagram
 
Maybe I wasn't clear enough in my original post. I'm new to Toyota 4Runners, not forums. I am fully aware of all the search features available.

I'm not looking for LEDs whatsoever, and I in fact didn't even mention these three letters in my orginal posts. And please don't rediret me to some bulb chart for the T4R, as you can read by yourself I already have the sizes! Just need to confirm that I have eveything I need on my listbefore placing an order.

Let me reword my questions:

What is the difference between the Tail Light Bulb Size: 7443 & Stop Light Bulb Size: 7443. Are they just the very same bulb?

I think you are good there with your list- be aware that the DRL bulbs are the turn signal bulbs - by that I mean you only need 2 not 4.

PS- Harper7 calling me the "Mod King" is like Neil Peart calling Bangle's drummer Debbi Peterson "The greatest". C'mon man!! But thanks though...

Well, Sunuvabeetch, I did not know this. Thanks Harper. I almost b!tched about Search the other day when I couldn't find "HID" .... glad I kept my mouth shut for once.

ps. Give Ant a break (or is it brake?) he's behind on his Christmas shopping.
