Newbie with TB Question

How's it going. New to the forum and a new owner of a 2001 4Runner Limited 2x4. I have just below 96k miles on it, one owner, and full service history. It was maintained at the same dealer where it was purchased from back in 2000. The PO was meticulous about servicing/maintaining the 4Runner, BUT, the only service he did not do was the timing belt. So I have read the TB should be done 6 years or 90k which ever is first. Obviously the six year point long over due. I have read through many threads about TB service, some old threads, and still have some questions.

So I am struggling with whether or not I should just do the TB service. I checked out a few TB kits on ebay and my question is do I need all these items? I noticed this kit only includes the TB belt. I read about in other threads about changing all the drive belts?? Also, I didn't read much about folks changing the tensioners. While at a toyota dealer today, getting an oil change and throttle body service I was able to speak to the mechanic working on my 4Runner and he said I may not need the tensioners, or even the water pump, but like I read if they are in there doing this might as well get it all done now.

Again, just want to make sure I am buying a good kit.

Includes The Following Brand New Parts: $278.00
Quantity Part Manufacturer Part Number
1 Timing Belt Toyota 13568-69095

A local dealer I was at today quoted $600 just for these same parts.

Thanks for the input!

that kit looks good. all OEM. not sure if thats all the pulleys but I think it is off the top of my head.(someone else may comment)

I say go ahead and do it all and be worry free for another 10 years.

I am on the original 13 year old TB with 103,000 miles.

That kit sounds great, copy a link so we can verify it is good to go.

Post some pics when you can.

I've heard of quite a few people getting the kit from aircabinman, you should be good with that one.
