No OEM Roof Rack Rails - any direct mounting options?

So this is what i ended up doing after I removed all the stock roof rack stuff down to the bear roof.

I bough this aluminum L track from cargoequipmentcorp.com

I drilled the mounting holes to line up with the stock m6x1.0 mm screws from the stock roof rails.

Ended up with this.

But how did you connect the rack to the L-Track?

Custom brackets or something else?
