No Power At Kick Panel Fuses, Fuse Box Has Power

Having a bunch of issues, they all narrow down to what the kick panel fuse box controls. I can't get the starter to crank, no gauges, no climate controls, no radio, no wipers, no blinkers, etc.

The fuse box has power to it. There is power going into the 30A power fuse at the top of the box, and the fuse has continuity and is visibly fine. There is no power going to the fuses though (except hazard/horn seems to be fine). All the plugs on the back look fine. Any ideas?

I'm thinking of pulling the fuse box entirely, and checking continuity between the power fuse and the other fuses. Is it possible something burned up or shorted inside the fuse box itself? I'm at a total loss right now why I would have power into the box, but no power going into most of the fuses.

Grounds all good? It's possible to have power getting to the box, but a bad wire after that causing the power not continue on.

Everything appears totally fine. I ran a wire from the power fuse input to the wiper fuse output to test it, and the wipers worked fine. That makes me think the grounds aren't an issue since if I hot wire a fuse with power it works fine.

Correct. Since you only hot wired the wipers it's still using the same ground as it would with the fuse box. You have a break somewhere that's not allowing for power to pass. If you've checked everything I'd pull the fuse box to see if you can find anything. That honestly seems to be the next step. Especially if your 30 amp fuse is good.

Tore the fuse box down, this is it at the most basic level. Three layers create the sandwich of electrical passages. I checked for continuity before tearing it down and still nothing, except for the hazard/horn fuse. Now with it torn down I can't see anything that looks like it would disrupt power to everything else. Not sure where to go now... I might put it back together and see if that fixes it? I really don't want to move forward without knowing what caused this, especially since I can't start the truck if it ever kicks out again...

It turns out the power fuse only connects to 5 fuses in the box, the other 12 fuses connect to various plugs that plug into the fuse box. I was expecting power to be distributed from a power wire to everything else, it turns out the fuse box is more of a plug box that has a few fuses but connects various plugs together.

I'm drawing a schematic now of what fuses connect to what other fuses, and what fuses connect to the fuse box power supply, and then back track through the wiring bundles to see what plug isn't talking.
