No Start. No Power to Dash. Help

I'm helping a friend figure out a problem with his 84 22r pickup. Headlights work. With key on, nothing comes on. There's no power with key on ACC. Radio doesn't come on. No Start/Crank. Replaced the ignition switch with a new one and still nothing. Please help. There is battery voltage at the ignition switch so fuses are good.

There is a big 100amp or 50amp alternator fuse. If that is blown no power goes to he cab. Try that if those are good then make sure your relays are clicking.

You have 12V at the 2 spots on the Ignition Switch per your drawing, but in the ACC position there's nothing on the other side?

Second that.

O.P., in acc ON measure voltage at "D"power line.
Then in Ign position, "E" and "F".
