Nor Cal Members, anyone use Vallejo Toyota for service?

My 04 needs a little work and I am wondering if Vallejo Toyota is any good. I know ALLOT about cars so I often get frustrated with the service people at dealers who treat me like I am a morron at first. It is not their fault really, they usually deal with people who know little or nothing about cars. Anyway, I am looking for a nice/good dealer to do some work in Nor Cal. I live in Benicia.

i would recomend walnut creek toyota, its not that far from benicia and ive have always had good experiences with them, ill be picking up my 04 4runner sport from them next month and my last car was purchased there also...

Funny you should mention WC Toy, I found them to be so bad I almost did not buy a 4Runner at all! WC Toytoa gave me the worste buying experience I have ever had and I did not even buy from them! They had the exact "dealer demo" car I wanted on their lot. They wanted $37,500 for a silver, V8, 4x4, Limited with Nav that had 8k miles on it, a cracked windshield, no side curtain airbags (I wanted these) and a thrashed interior. It was obvious from the condition of the car that the person (a sales manager of theirs) drove and cared for it as if it was a free car to him. The refused to negotiate the day I saw it at all so I called around. A gentleman at Sac had just let one go for $32,750, it was a '03 equipped the same but had on 5,500 miles on it. The gentleman in Sac and another in Santa Rosa said they would sell me a brand new one equipped the same way for $37,750. Armed with their quotes and the email from the guy in Sac about their dealer demo I returned to WC to see if they would make me a deal and buy now it was event he end of the month.

The guy refused to budge, was short tempered and belligerent with me from the outset and and flat out said "you are crazy, I do not care who said they sold one at that price. We paid 35,045 for this one and we won't sell it for less than $37,500. I have been doing this for 30 years and I know you won't get this car any cheaper any where else. If you think you can go ahead. And if you think those internet sales quotes are what you will really pay when you go to Sac or Santa Rosa you are4 also crazy. When you get there the price will be higher and you won

I'm in Nor-Cal and I do all my own maintainance on my 4runner. I've been to most of the dealers in the area (Except Vallejo) and don't be supprised if they leave some of your bolts out of your skid plates, or something worse!

Not that a flying skid plate on the freeway does not fall under the category of "Worse".
