Nos Anyone?

Has anyone considered adding Nos to there 4runner? Or if anyone has...how much did it affect your ride...negative or positive? Is it something reccomended? Probably not...but just curious about the subject.

Nitrous Oxide?

NOS? Excuse me but I am new to the world of off-road vehicles, what does NOS mean in this context? When I hear NOS I think Nitrous Oxide System, but this can't be correct here as I can't understand why anyone would want nitrous oxide on an off-raod truck.

not everyone who owns an suv or truck takes it off road. Nitrous would be a nice power adder to someone who sets up their truck witha street truck format in mind

you could use it off road if you wanted some extra power. Its only on as long as you need it. Flip the switch and floor it.

Nos can be applied to those desert offroad runners that need ample speed to drive through. If you're a rock crawler then by all means NOS is definitely no needed.

two different styles of offroading requires different attention to aftermarket stuff!

seriously though, nitrous can be added to any vehicle. most kits out there are pretty universal. zex, nos, etc.

nitrous has its place in the world, imo though, its place isn't on a 4runner, but to each his/her own.

Agreed. I am just keen to see pics or any info from someone who has done it on a 4Runner.

I know of one detonation on a Taco. One doesn't make for a complete story however.
