not sure what all i need to upgrade stock suspension

I have a 97 sr5 and i have been searching for awhile and have found some useful information but want to clear some things up before i make a purchase on things.

What all is needed to replace stock suspension with similar parts, looking for same ride height just time to change them.(185,000 miles)? i was just gong to get new shocks for the front and rear but does that mean new struts as well as new sway bars?I'm not 100% sure about all the components that are needed. Advice and info is greatly appreciated.

OK in front we have struts so when you replace you will need new strut(shock portion) and then just shocks in the rear. This is if you feel your springs are still good and not sagging. the springs from the factory suspension transfer over to the new strut. The sway bars and other parts do not need to be replaced. If you want new shocks and springs then I would suggest looking at the Sonoran Steel 3.2 kit. Will give you the ride height of a 99 tall coil version.

Are the 99 tall version springs really taller than my stock '97 springs? If so, how much and is that front and rear? Thanks.
