So I was wrong in my above post. To those of you who said 3rd member you are right. I had two different gear ratios, 4.10 up front and 4.30 in the rear - had to change out the rear because of a blown ring and pinion.... long story. Anyhow I didn't count teeth, and so yeah. 4.10 and 4.30 are close enough they "can be" use together, by do not expect good results. I'm surprised and lucky I did not break anything. I put a 4.10 back in last night and my problems are gone, my 4wd works great, no pulls, no resistance, no weird growling... I feel so dumb and yet so happy to have my 4wd 100% again
