Noticed three horns. Anyone know why?

I noticed there are two black color horns by the radiator and another small horn on the passenger side fender in the hood. It's like a small motorcycle horn. Anyone know why?

Also anyone know if the 2003 4runner has an immobilizer?

That is either your factory alarm, keyless entry, or after market alarm siren speaker.

The small horn mounted by the passenger fender is for the factory alarm system. The 2003 4Runner does have an "immobilizer" system. The vehicle will not start and run without the correct "transponder" in the key.
