I picked up a set of clean doors for $40 of CL and could pass up the chance to cut the shit out of them. I'll post some pictures of my half door build as I go. I'm using 16ga steel for the inner panels and top cap since i had a sheet of it laying around in the shop.

The door opens by pushing the flush wooden doweling down. It sits inside a 1.5" tube.
