NW Trail Innovations Bumpers

So I have searched and not found much. Who has one? Throw some pics up. What is the good and the bad? Are you running a winch with it, if so what do you have?

I am going up to talk to Corey on Monday and check out the one on his Tacoma and see if this is the route I want to go.

So, who's out there with one? If you are in the Portland area or nearby would you be willing to meet up so I can check out a 4runner bumper?

I have one, Corey is a great guy, super easy to work with and helpful, and as you know the price on the kit is great.

The kit is super easy to put together, especially with 2 sets of hands, we were able to weld up 2 of them in about 5 hours. Grinding them back down takes a while, but the CNC cuts are really clean so it's not too bad.

I'm not currently running a winch or lights, and I will say, the bumper in the form he gives it to you only bolts up to stock mounting points, and I do not personally trust those points for winching, the bumper however is very stout.

I'm working on building up a modified front crossmember that is stout enough to winch from. The bumper design will be easy to work around since it's main mount is a large flat plate.

Here's a picture of my bumper, my dad also has one on his '05 Tacoma. You can see I mounted the Lightforce 210's to the top of it and drilled the 2 holes for the 2.25" LED turn signals.

I've only ever seen one other 3rd gen one, and it was on a 4runner in a craigslist ad, lots of 2nd gen Tacomas around here have them though.
