O2 Sensor simulators/defouler

So I have a cat code (p0420) on my 2000 4runner with the california cats and I'm not looking to replace them, we have very lax emission laws in Georgia and I'd just like the light off. Normally I would just use a spark plug defouler and call it a day, but the o2 sensor is flanged rather than threaded in. Does anyone have a solution for adapting a defouler or any sort of simulator?

So I actually purchased all of the parts for that and I was going to have one of my techs (I work in service at Toyota) give it a shot, but I haven't gotten it done yet. The radioshack parts he has you get are not exactly easy to come by and the closest comparable parts weren't exact so I didn't go through with it.

Easiest thing is to buy the non-fouler with the washers, anddrill the middle out with a 1/2" bit. It costs $6 at local auto zones for the non-fouler, surely someone in service has a 1/2" drill bit and some vise grips.

A 24 dollar bottle of Cataclean took care of my P0420. Around 150 miles light went out on its own.
