Oem back up camera install questions

I got the whole system to install the oem camera to the nav unit.

My question is:

the camera harness that plugs in to the main harness compatible that I do not have to run any extra wiring to the head unit?

What size hole has to be drilled to mount the camera?

I can probably help you but need you to do better... What is your problem? What OEM camera? What head unit are you attaching it to?

My early '05 came w/ stock camera and nav, had a separate 4-pin plug, later '05's and on had the 4 camera wires integrated into another head unit plug (16-pin or 24-pin I think). Bottom line there are 4 wires you need - power (6v), ground, video + (insulated wire on standard RCS plug for most aftermarket head units) and video - (wire surrounding insulated cable on RCA).
