The coils would probably yield about .25-.75" in front and 0-.25" in the back depending on options of your 4runner.
The springs will also make the ride a little stiffer, IMO it was a great change over the soft boat-like ride of the OEM springs.
If you want more front lift to level the front more, you could add a small spacer kit from toytec for $40-60. Neither of those kits would require disassembly of the struts.

If I keep them as it without adding spacers , would they be a direct swap ? I have the basic sr5 suspension. So the only major difference in term of lift difference is the bilstein 5100 vs OEM bilstein ? Since the springs in this set up is essential just normal fj springs that most are using ?
