OEM roof rack help

Hi I have a 2002 4runner sports edition. I am missing one of the bolts that attaches part of the roof rack to the car, as shown in the picture. Does anyone happen to know where I could find a replacement? I went to 2 different dealerships to try and track one down, but without success. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Probably a junkyard. I picked up an entire roof rack to get powder coated for 20 bucks so a cross member should not be much. However that looks like the cross arm and I don't think it is a piece that holds anything to the truck. I took mine of in 2001 so I could make sure the wax covered everything.

That's exactly what I did. I took off those cross members to make sure I had even wax coverage, and left them off for about 2 years since they do not really help do much. I just noticed I am missing one of those bolts when I went to put them on the other day.
