Hello everyone! I joined the forum a few days ago as I was pretty certain I would be getting a 1997 4Runner as my first car
And I was right!
It has 173,000 miles and is a 5 speed manual. Its a two owner car, the first being my dad (for 13 years) and the 2nd being a family friend. It was kept in extremely nice condition and I'm all about keeping stuff like new. Plan of waxing and clay baring it over the up coming winter break.
The 2nd owner did a few things to it while they had it, such as: K&N Air Filter, 31' Cooper tires, New clutch, Re-done transmission, new shocks and struts, tinted front windows, new floor mats and a Pioneer Head unit.
But the speakers are still stock. I've looked around on the forum and found a few threads about speaker replacement, but I was just wondering if anybody had some suggestions on speakers. I don't have a huge budget as I only work part time waxing and detail boats.
I also would like to do a few other inexpensive mods to it, so suggestions are greatly appreciated.
Seems like a great forum and so happy to part of the 4Runner family!!
Attached some pictures below, hopefully they work lol.
