Off-Road Cornering Lights

I recently took on a project to help address my issue of not being able to see well around corners at night and wanted to share my finished product with everyone. Being from NM and exploring the desert I found myself coming around corners just about blind. With me working in a construction company that sells safety/strobe lights I was able to get them fairly cheap so i went that route. They have the option of 19 different strobe patterns, one of which being constantly on. Sadly I did not do many progress pics but here are some of the ones i have. I wired them to have a single switch in the center console that turns the light on and off then a separate momentary switch near the hood release that will allow be to change the pattern. I love them so far and now only have more of an excuse to get out there and get dirty.

Yeah the biggest pain was getting the wiring though the mirrors. Everything else was easy, but tedious. With having family in town and doing a little after work everyday it took about 2 weeks. I know a curved light bar above the windshield would help address my concern some, but I figured that was a temp fix that was a lot cheaper and ended up working much better than I expected.
