Well I did Handcart Gulch to the top of webster pass (well, almost!). I did not go over the dreaded washout but down below on that other narrow section some of it seemed washed out as well! I bottomed out on a few sections - with these rocky trails ground clearance is really the name of the game. But anyway... I will post photos later. But! Do you think that a stock 2006 4runner limited could make it over red cone without issues?

Yes a stock 4wd 06 would likely do fine coming down Red Cone.

Assuming it is equipped with hill descent control. Otherwise it is no place for a new learner.
