Off road in New Mexico?

I am visiting Albuquerque for work/hiding from the tornados in OKC for the next two weekends. Anyone interested in getting a group together to do some offroading?

I also brought my mountain bike, but I am a novice when it comes to drops/obstacles, so nothing too hardcore.

Unfortunately I am going to be out of town for the next two weeks but if you want a place to ride that has some of the strangest scenery, check out white mesa! Not a difficult ride although some spots are better walking the bike through.
