With those meaty tires, what do you do in case of a flat? I didn't see a full sized spare under rear.
That tire size should fit under the 4runner in the stock location.
Most people don't want to splurge for a full sized spare tire to match their other 4 tires though.
Also, it may fit, but it'll eat away at some of the 3rd gen's almost 10" ground clearance.

It'd probably be easy to find a spare tire on Craigslist for cheap.
How would it "eat away at ground clearance"? It's the same width as the stock tire size, so it wouldn't matter.
