I cant answer that bud, the list is going in order of what is available In stock. not in order of list.

There is no guarantee that anyone on the alternate list will get in. CVT had a limit on how many signees they wanted on the group buy.
Yes, people have dropped out, but CVT hasn't told me to fill those empty spots yet. That ill be their call
Heads-up to everybody on the list...CVT changed the names of their tents a few days ago. Ya'll should go online and make note of the new names so there isn't any confusion.
BTW - I asked to be added to the reserve list a few weeks ago but haven't heard anything. Is there anything worth hearing?

If some people (near the top of your list) don't even know what they want yet, shouldn't they be replaced with people who are ready? They're dead weight up there.
PLEASE let CVT know that I will pay immediately, regardless of the group buy discount amount, and know exactly what I want.

i don't believe this to be correct. they ARE doing it. some have gotten their tents already. i just put my order in the end of last week.
the discount is 20%. last i knew it was capped at 150 people.

So why hasn't anyone said anything!? If people are getting tents, why in the world didn't anyone know the time frame when I asked it?

Also that puts the Mt Rainier at $1276.
Any word on reserves yet? I'll buy now if so.

not sure what you mean by time frame. ordering started around 4/15. they started by ordering in small groups. mostly related to the group shipping groups.
pm the op to get more information on reserves. no idea how that is working
The list you see here is only a small part of it. There are well over 100 on the taco group. CVT is going through the list based on the tents they have in stock. In addition they are servicing their regular customers.
You came into this group buy long after it closed and seem really upset that you aren't being serviced yet. There are many of us who have been signed up for quite a while who are waiting patiently for our turn.
If CVT chooses to allow people on the waiting list to purchase, it will be after all of those who signed up during the actual group buy period have had their chance to order.
If you don't want to wait, you can call them directly and order tomorrow. I have heard that people are getting decent deals that way. If you want the 20% off, you will need to wait and see what CVT decides, knowing that you may not make the list at all.
By the way, for anyone keeping count, they changed the prices on some items. Things like the star gazer jumped up considerably. (i.e. the Mt. Shasta Star Gazer was $135 or $150 I believe, and is now $200) Kind of sucks they did that in the middle of the group buy and screwed some of us that haven't ordered yet.
Also confirm what your tent comes with as the info on the new site is all over the place. Some of the summits list standard specs for material and such. It's a disaster. (Mt. Shasta Summit shows material as 280g poly/cotton instead of the 380g poly/cotton. They also list them with the sliding ladders instead of the telescoping ladders)
And as stated above, they did a name change for the tents. They got rid of the names for the standard line.
Now everything is listed as a variant of the old extend line
(i.e. Mt. Shasta Standard, Mt. Shasta Extended, Mt. Shasta Standard Summit, Mt. Shasta Extended Summit)
Now there is only:
Mt. Bachelor (2 person)
Mt. Shasta (2+ person)
Mt. Rainier (3+ person)
Mt. Denali (4+ person)
