i might as well do all my maxes, pre injury anyways.

weigh 255 at 5''11

bench-305
deadlift-465
shoulder press- 100lb DBx2
squat-475
power clean- 0 i don't clean

I wish more people said this

your press has to be higher than that
deadlift too

if were talking dumb bell press, thats spot on, press with a bar is probably higher. deadlift I've never been good at, my back isn't excellent and its never been a muscle group I've focused on much

t4r4life noooo i mean 120 combined, 60's haha, I'm not the next hulk

NFW thats your max? I usually rep 55s for 8 pretty consistently and if your bench is that much higher than mine id be surprised if your shoulders werent up to par

Some really good numbers guys!

Okay, I might as well play along...

Understand, I don't life "heavy" anymore, so I'll post PR and numbers now-
HT: 6'1"
WT: 245

Exercise..............PR..........CURRENT
BP.....................425#(PR)....315 X 6-8
BP 225# MAX REPS*...33(PR)....18-22 REPS
DEADLIFT...........530............365(est).
SQUAT...............460............225 (AT THE MOST!!)
PRESS................225............ 85's (db)

*NFL Strength

All of my PR's were back when I weighed less than 210# and I was in my early to mid 20's and I worked out religiously with my roommates and friends who all worked out. Some competed in bodybuilding, some powerlifting. Me, I just trained and played sports.
When I started working out over 20 years ago, I weighed 165#.

goddamn you were strong willk, how old are you now.

yah seriously, are you juicing? :D

zopperman HA! I do juice! But it's kale, apples, and some other stuff that makes it taste like ass...

And to correct some numbers. On the presses, I work up to 85# dumb bell presses for sets of 10-12.

WillK zopperman t4r4life i worked out with a guy that did roids, when he started, we weighed the same and both maxed 185 on the bench, back when i was 17, within 2 months he was 25 pounds heavier and was repping 225 for 20 on the bench....it was scary

Yeah, I knew several people that were juicing, including my two workout partners.
The biggest difference I noticed was the amount of energy they had.
I would do a set at about 85% of a weight for max reps and I would be pretty much toast.
They, on the other hand, could do two more sets at 85% max and really lose nothing. Then, the next day they'd be right back at the gym lifting heavy.
I would be on the couch cursing them because I was too sore to get up to go to the bathroom.
