power clean- 0 i don't clean

deadlift too

if were talking dumb bell press, thats spot on, press with a bar is probably higher. deadlift I've never been good at, my back isn't excellent and its never been a muscle group I've focused on much

NFW thats your max? I usually rep 55s for 8 pretty consistently and if your bench is that much higher than mine id be surprised if your shoulders werent up to par

DEADLIFT...........530............365(est).
SQUAT...............460............225 (AT THE MOST!!)
PRESS................225............ 85's (db)

*NFL Strength

All of my PR's were back when I weighed less than 210# and I was in my early to mid 20's and I worked out religiously with my roommates and friends who all worked out. Some competed in bodybuilding, some powerlifting. Me, I just trained and played sports.
When I started working out over 20 years ago, I weighed 165#.

TBH I've never gone for a max, the number i have is the highest weight i went when i last did db press, ill max for you this week :nod:

And to correct some numbers. On the presses, I work up to 85# dumb bell presses for sets of 10-12.

Yeah, I knew several people that were juicing, including my two workout partners.
The biggest difference I noticed was the amount of energy they had.
I would do a set at about 85% of a weight for max reps and I would be pretty much toast.
They, on the other hand, could do two more sets at 85% max and really lose nothing. Then, the next day they'd be right back at the gym lifting heavy.
I would be on the couch cursing them because I was too sore to get up to go to the bathroom.
