old people don't heal as well =)
So true...
old people don't heal as well =)
i did one round of p90x classic back then, lost about 4% body fat. but i also lost a lotta muscle and strength. now i just treat my body like a machine, watching my macros and calories and try to stay away from any bad food. been lifting heavy since i was 14 took a long time to get the size and strength i have now, so i try my best to keep it. but i will begin cutting soon with a 750 calories deficient and some light cardio. i take Craze for pre workout and stack it with Hemavol. works insanely goodAny of you guys give P90X a try? I did it over this past summer from June until October and I was in the best shape/ best looking I have ever been in my life. Didn't really give myself a strict diet but I did try to eat as healthy as possible (chicken, fish, veggies...) but the occasional burger and steak would work its way in (have to love that red meat), along with candy, I have a really bad sweet tooth. Anyways, like I said, P90X kicked my a$$. I loved it. I had to stop unfortunately because I started my job in October in public accounting for a big 4 firm and my life has gone out the window. I am hoping to pick it back up soon as I have signed up for 2 tough mudders this year(one in July and one in September) and I need to get back into training for those. I was taking a pre workout - Lit Up - when I was working out over summer. It worked well. I recently purchased a new pre-workout called HemoVex from nutrishop...WOW! If you guys have a chance, try it out! You'll get the spiders crawling on your face in no time! Anyways, I def recommend P90X for those looking to lean up and yet still gain muscle...like I said, I was the best looking and in the best shape of my life...although I am only 23. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed if you stick with it.
Really? No other Crossfitters here? I think Stifler is the only one whose description came close.
I did 8 weeks of P90X but stopped because I had lost 10 pounds and my bench went down 20 pounds. It was a good workout for sure, but not what my already skinny self needed. Benched 200 6 times yesterday.. I am 5'11" and 167lbs.
what kind of cycling are you talking about? cycle in bodybuilding just means that you take something for a while then hop off of it, people do it with supplements, steroids or even carbs.back and bi's today. feel great!
I do have one question though. And DO NOT tell me it is bad to do this, I know the possible affects and do not want to hear about it.
Cycling.
So basically, a while back, I worked out for a good 5+ months. Saw a few results in my muscle growth, but nothing big. Ya ya, I'm a teenager and want to look big. Haha I know, but seriously, I do... So I have 2 options.
Take creatine, or cycle. My friend has talked about cycling a lot and his friend has done it and gained A LOT of results when he did it.
1. I don't know where to get it? (order it online I'm guessing)
2. It's pretty damn expensive
3. How long do I have to take it?
4. Do i just take it, and that is it? What is the total process?
Creatine
I've done a little research on creatine and it seems to be a safer route than cycling. From what I've gathered, it's a capsule, and you just take it orally. (post workout)
Like above, I don't know where to get it, and all that.
If anybody has had any experience with any of these two options, and can give me their 2 cents, that'd be great!
Sorry if what I am asking is a little unclear. Kind of tired from finals this week:dizzy:
Just curious what kinda supplements are yall taking, i think it'd be fun to share your stack.
For me i take
GNC daily vitamin
ON micronized creatine
DS Craze pre workout
iForce Hemavol
I don't take protein supplements, i enjoy eating a muscle from another animal to make it my own
back and bi's today. feel great!
