Official: Gym/Workout Thread

Dude btw, if you never taken a preworkout before, the first day of C4 is gonna be crazy you gonna feel like superman in the gym :D
Haha i didnt feel like superman, but i forsure felt more energized and less tired. it felt good, and i could tell C4 worked because im tired and sore already!! haha

hahaha well you are forever bulking, when im cutting and see i only drop like 1% BF in a month you realize that whooper is not worth it.

LOL, I really don't eat fast food all that much. BK gives me terrible indigestion, so I avoid it as much as possible. Whoppers do taste good, though.

I'm forever doing nothing right now. Injuries foking suck.

Im already having gym withdraw and its only been less than 24hr so i can't imagine how much it must suck to not go at all.

BTW how is your PT going? getting any better?

Not going at all. Went to visit him once last week, but haven't had time since then. I'm going to take a few days off work sometime in the near future and will schedule a few days with him then. I basically need some deep tissue massage from the knees up to the shoulders. My PT is very good at hitting the right spots.

I'm going to try doing some very light squat workouts this week. Last squat workout I did, I thought I was going light & worked up to 350 before I felt pain. I guess this time I won't top 225.

I need to squat & deadlift. It just feels wrong to only do bench...

Then clearly you aren't a noob but disagree with the quasi-explained steroid jokes.

Either way it reads like you are playing down the negative side effects of steroids and if so then you are clearly in the wrong and a bad role model for the kids (yes there are plenty) on this forum. Steroids are pretty F'd man. I've met several people who suffered long term damage to their body because of steroid misuse.

My simple advice, meant to compliment lifting weights :
1. Don't do crazy supplements; those company's have an incentive to lie and are unregulated
2. Eat healthy! Wow try this advice twice.
3. If you are trying to loose weight or trim then do A LOT of cardio.

Have you ever tried steroids? Do you even know of the different types of PEDs that are out there? Not all are bad man... Actually, the majority aren't bad at all as long as you do them responsibly...

I'm not by any means saying to go out and do steroids, but it is one of m pet peeves to hear people bash it with no experience or real knowledge on the subject. And there are a lot of things people consider "steroids" that should never be a banned substance and don't have any real negative side effects if taken properly... Some things and dosages can be more liver toxic and bad for you but so can caffeine if abused... I do agree that most things at gnc are a waste of money... But I don't think steroids are bad if taken properly..

Last thing... If the were so bad, why would they give them to cancer patients or older men with lower testosterone? Because they work, that's why...

You are 100% right... We got way off of track here... On a different note:
I got into triathlons for a while... Nothing better than 80ish miles on the road bike followed by a little run... I miss that but I never got into mountain biking

I've literally done it all... Played a little college baseball, power lifted, and even got into endurance activities ( a couple of half ironman triathlons)... Cardio wasn't bad once I got competitive with my cycling... I have some friends here that race with pros and when we did our group rides it would get nasty...
