Yeah, I knew several people that were juicing, including my two workout partners.
The biggest difference I noticed was the amount of energy they had.
I would do a set at about 85% of a weight for max reps and I would be pretty much toast.
They, on the other hand, could do two more sets at 85% max and really lose nothing. Then, the next day they'd be right back at the gym lifting heavy.
I would be on the couch cursing them because I was too sore to get up to go to the bathroom.
my roommate is huge on lifting, power lifting, ct fletcher, jay cutler type stuff. he will do a workout and stop midway and ill think he's done, then hell pound out 10 more reps, its crazy. he takes every supplement there is to get bigger, has pre workout drinks, during drinks, post drinks, then theres the protein intake. i just don't want to be that big or strong that bad..
