We/I ordered a treadmill and it'll be here tomorrow! It will be nice to do cardio at the house.
Now I can just get up in the morning and run in my underwear if I want!
thanks for the imagery:cry2:

Haven't done a single deadlift since my back injury, after my midterm tomorrow im gonna give it a go with light weights.
well two posts in a row and both of them chest...i swear i do legs every now and then
chest today, body weight (160 for me) for 5 sets, to fail each set. started out getting in the mid to high 20's for reps, ended with 12 reps on my 5th set. chest fly's after, then i promised myself i wouldn't push anything the rest of the day.

sidenote, zopperman should be back in the gym by now, his hand has to be fine
i tried that. i increased my food 30% to bulk during the winter months. but the only place i was really bulking even with clean eating was in my mid section. i was gaining about 1lb a week but overall i didnt feel bigger. ive since scaled back a little bit so i can stay leaner in the belly.

during winter you need to focus on hypertrophy workouts, meaning higher reps, feel the burn the contraction, the pump. and the summer time when its time to cut switch to power workouts, heavy heavy weight with low reps. because when you cut there is no way to make muscle gains, caloric deficit means no muscle building. so you want to lift heavy to preserve the muscles you have.
lately ive been doing 7*7. and increasing the weight 10-20lbs/set so on that last set i can barely finish. i end up getting more reps in than if i was doing say 10*4. is this ok for higher reps?
