what happens
I get angry! Tremors, irritaed, can't sleep, itchy.
I had a hell of a time when I had my knee replaced. My doctor put my on Oxycontin and Oxycodone. I quit taking all drugs by day 3. Only to be misereable. Finally put me on lorazepam so I could sleep//rest and not be so hyped up. I really suffer with opiates...
Let's hope. They're not fun. Now, back to workouts! I last went to the gym on Saturday and did chest, shoulders-
*BP w/ Bent Over D'bell raises
*Incline D'bells with Shrugs
Lateral Raises
Arnold presses to failure
I then did 45 mins of cardio.
I won't be able to go again until (probably) Thanksgiving weekend, so I'll have to live through you guys and your workouts, so make me proud!
