I already intro'd myself in the 3rd Gen section...doing it here also. I've been a lurker here for a long time, but am now an OFFICIAL member since I just bought a 4Runner. It's a 1996 Limited 4x4 in Anthracite Metallic w/ 132,000 miles.

Plan is to do some maintenance work then do light mods including lift, tires, and skids. I plan to keep it looking relatively stock for daily driving and light off roading. Here's a pic of the 4Runner (roof rack and spoiler is off because I'm painting it):

And my previous vehicle I sold a year ago:

Welcome :)

I was too a long time lurker. I joined a while back but never logged in. I've been on here daily lately, so I figured I be a little more active on the forums instead of just looking. Anyway, welcome to the forum! What were the specs on the Titan?

It was an '08.5 SE 4x4 Crew Cab. Had a 6" ProComp lift with 2.0 Radflo/Eibach Coilovers in front and Bilstein 5100 in rear. 18" XD Revolvers in matte black wrapped with 35" Nitto Trail Graps. Also had custom sliders welded on. CO2 tank mounted (which I removed and kept for the 4Runner). It was fun while I had it...but 9 mpg was killing me!

Sounds like quite a rig! I know theres something special about these 3rd gen runners, but I could never go from something like that to a stock 4Runner. lol. any plans for the 4R in the future?
