This thread will track the monthly T4R.ORG meet and greet! Parking lot style where we can all talk and check out rigs, then potential trail runs after.

Ideal spot for such a thing would be a place to eat... we can all get some grub and check out some nice rigs. All gens welcome!

Why no wheeling, COB, you chicken? I remember when I first joined <acronym title="Toyota 4Runner">T4R</acronym>. My 3rd gen was 2WD and didn't know much about automotive technology. Wheeling meets were already a no go for me, until brian2sun and driffter33 invited me for a fun 2WD capable run. It was no excitement for their trucks, but I had a lot of fun. The only reason that ever happened is because of a parking lot meet at The Hat in Fullerton, CA. Bringing people together is the sole reason for this meet, and the potential trail runs and gatherings that may succeed it.

I found a local In N Out with a huge lot we can use, off of El Toro Rd. and the 5 freeway. It seems perfect for a group and food. I was thinking there would be my choice. This will also allow me to bring both rigs.

I will be working on the 22nd, I can maybe meet you in the morning. If not, we could probably meet in Newport if you want.

Note - It's understandable that not everyone can make it, however, this is my own personal plan for a SoCal meet that will fit my schedule. Selfish, you think? I think not - I miss 90% of the regular meets due to them being on weekends. No one else would plan one to fit my schedule, so I had to do it.

21st is a no go for me, it will be my fathers 76th birthday.

Perhaps in the morning 10AM to 11AM, then everyone in attendance can get some lunch from any of the restaurants closeby.
