Offroading question involving CV axle

I have an 03 4runner that I wheel a few times a year. I've owned it for two years and have swapped out the front CV axles twice already.

It seems that overtime I offroad, I seem to tear a boot...and I'm not sure if its due to amount of flex where they axle boot get caught or not. How can I limit that?

I have Total chaos uniball uppers, 5100s on 1.75 setting with FJ springs.
