Offroading spots

First off, I'm not sure if this is in the right place, but I think it is.

As you can see I live in upstate South Carolina. I was curious to see if anybody else on these forums is from the upstate. I was also wondering if anybody knows any good trails, not looking for really difficult stuff, just some nice offroading.

Don't know much about this place or if it's close to you or not, but I read about it in a Offroad Adventures and it looks like a really cool place. It may be more technical than what you are looking for though, not sure of their range of difficulty.

I saw that one online. I then went to youtube and watched some videos. That place looks pretty challenging in some areas. I was hoping for something easier.

If you look at the map they have posted then it looks like 3/4 of the trails are rated easy by them. I find that offroad parks like that like to show their gnarliest trails in their photos.

I would be surprised if you had any trouble with trails marked as easy. I bet that you could even do some of the intermediate trails if you scouted them before hand. A lot would depend on the conditions. If you went there after a couple days of rain then you will have more trouble than if it is dry. This place is pretty darn small. 80 acres isn't much.

If you are serious about getting in wheeling then you should look for a club to join. That is the best way to learn where to go and what your truck is capable of.
