The plastic sheet on the inside of my passenger door window started to peel so my wife ripped the whole thing off. Now I have hazy and streaked window and nothing I've used will clean it off. Looks awful. Any ideas ?

Use a new razor blade from a box cutter or other utility cutter. Run the edge of the blade firmly against the glass and the window will be clean and free of junk.

Assuming you are talking about the aftermarket window tint "glue", all you need to use is Goof-off (or similar product). I would strongly advise against using steel wool of any grit. I have removed window tint glue from literally hundreds of windows with the use of goof off. Works GREAT.

If its tint on ur window, use a razor to remove the tint and rubbing alcohol to get rid of the residue. mine took a while as it was old and came off in small pieces.
