Had a hard time finding one my self. I eventually found a tsb that outlined it, that and a haynes manual for all the torque specs. It's pretty straight forward, just time consuming.
Drain coolant, remove fan, shroud, and radiator for easier access. Remove accessories, I ended up zip tying the power steering pump and ac compressor out of the way. You will need the special tool to take off the crank pulley bolt, neither of my impacts would take it off. Remove cover, replace the crank seal, reseal cover and reinstall quickly before sealant dries. Replace everything and torque to spec. Remember to use an OEM water pump and drive belt. Stay away from aftermarket parts when it comes to the critical parts. I did however use Gates idler pulleys. Buy the Tacoma belt pn 90916-A2001 as it is half the price of the 4runner belt and is the same exact size. You will also need the FIPGM sealant and SLLC from the dealer.
Took my brother and I a little over 8 hours excluding the time wrestling with the make shift tool to hold the crank pulley. Good luck.

Thanks. I'm going to have think this one over. I'd be doing it solo but I should know how to do all this stuff. Was there anything that you really had to have 2 people to do? Anything I should be aware of before I attempt?

It helped having another person to hold stuff out of the way and lining up the front cover when putting it back on. Also to hold the pulley holder when taking the crank bolt off. Search here and any other 4runner/tacoma/FJ forum for write ups and study any info you can find before starting. Have a back up ride in case you need to run anywhere or you don't finish when expect to.
