Oil Pressure Gauge

I'd like to put an oil pressure gauge in my 2014 TE. Nothings wrong with it, but I just would like to be able see to oil pressure. I've searched the forum but there isn't anything on the new ones I could find. Any suggestions on make and model of gauge that work well with our v6's? I'd like to run it electronically via the OBD if possible.

You're never gonna achieve that via the OBD port. I was gonna do this on my Tacoma by installing a sandwich adaptor on to the oil filter housing and then screwing an oil pressure sending unit in to the adaptor. The 4Runner uses a cartridge filter vs. a spin on like on the Tacoma. I really don't see anyway to plumb in a sending unit and I don't believe the ECM monitors oil pressure either.

If this is something that you want to experiment with, I'd look in to something like an Aeroforce interceptor gauge: Aeroforce Technology Inc | Products - Interceptor and combine that with one of their sender units: Aeroforce Technology Inc | Products - Sensors
