Does yours have a crankshaft sensor, and if so was it damaged during the multiple tear downs?

Thanks The Durk! No, I didn't mess with any of the engine grounds (like the one by the diagnostic connector ...or the one from battery to fender).

I did check using your technique and I do have spark.

I did undo the fuel line and cranked the motor. Plenty of fuel came out. I like your idea of spraying some starting fluid in the intake and see if it catches. Thanks!

Hi Cheap2000SR5, I'm not sure if this model does have this sensor. That's a good idea as well. I'll look into this. Thanks for the suggestion!

OK - finally got this fixed; pulled the cam sensor out cleaned up all of the connections really well and put everything back together. Fired right up! Thanks everyone for all of the help - I really appreciate it
