Old Spark Plug Shows Burning Oil?

I changed my spark plugs today at 116,908 miles. All of them looked good except the far back drivers side (pictured). The car has felt fine the entire time. My first thought is oil because of the threads, but then where is it coming from? The electrode isn't black, rather it looks like someone spray painted it copper. It also doesn't smell like normal oil. Water? Suggestions? Is it something I should worry about?

1) That plug is not oil-fouled.

The oil is probably coming from the intake/pcv.

Pretty common for one cylinder to get more than the rest... I would not worry about it.

Love to hear that. The PCV valve is working just fine then?
